Fight Article 20 of the Tobacco Products Directive
Article 20 of the revised Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) is new law coming out of the European Commission which is due to come into force in May 2016. In essence it will restrict the sale and promotion of electronic cigarettes far more severely than that of even traditional tobacco-based cigarettes and is likely, in its current form, to destroy the UK e cigarettes market.
