Same day dispatch
Orders placed before 2:30pm on weekdays will be dispatched same day via a Royal Mail First Class or priority service (depending on which you have selected). Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Excludes UK bank holidays. In case of severe weather conditions last order cut off points may be earlier than stated to allow the Royal Mail to make earlier pickup & allow our staff the opportunity to get home safely.

Royal Mail usually deliver within the following 2-4 working days (excluding bank holidays) after despatch to most of the UK mainland, although please allow an extra day by exception. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is dispatched. Whilst we use a First Class service your order may take longer than usual to arrive during busy periods or due to extreme weather conditions. Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 6pm in the UK.
Royal Mail usually deliver the following working day (excluding bank holidays) after despatch to most of the UK mainland, although the guaranteed delivery time is 1-2 working days after despatch. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is dispatched. Whilst we use a next day service your order may take longer than usual to arrive during busy periods or due to extreme weather conditions. Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 6pm in the UK.
Unfortunately due to the complexity of member states laws regarding the TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) we no longer are able to deliver outside of the UK.
Royal Mail usually require a signature upon delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure this is possible in order to take delivery of the goods.
You will initially receive an email confirming that your order has been received. After our dispatch team have checked every item in your order and it is with the Royal Mail network you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.,
We can take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the information you have provided us is incorrect. If however, the order is delivered incorrectly as a direct fault of Smoke Without Sin Ltd, the cost of postage and packing will be refunded and the item(s) despatched again.
